Processing Time
Most orders are made to order. Please allow 7–14 business days for your order to be created and prepared for shipment. Processing time does not include weekends, holidays, or shipping/transit time.

Shipping Time
Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information using the email or contact information provided at checkout. Shipping times vary depending on the carrier and destination. Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of Simply Lani Co’s control.

Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Simply Lani Co is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has begun processing or shipped.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Simply Lani Co is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed after they have been accepted by the shipping carrier. If you experience an issue with delivery, please contact the shipping carrier using your tracking information.

Damaged Orders
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping box so we can review the issue and determine the best resolution.

Because our products are handmade and/or 3D printed, slight variations or small imperfections may occur. These are a normal part of the handmade process and do not necessarily indicate a defective product.
